After studying law at University Dom changed career paths and chose to enter business. He is the MD of XL and in addition to employing more than 60 people and running 3 other successful companies, he is solely responsible for finances and team direction. |
Vikki Evans
Director

Vikki is Dom's wife and a Director of XL, without her none of this would be possible! She is qualified HR professional and uses her skills to good effect in helping run the business. She is also responsible for hospitality and sponsor liaison at the races. |
Paul Moloney
Team Manager
|
Paul is the Team Manager and uses his skills as a business intelligence consultant to organise the team and to analyse the complex changes that occur during an endurance race to ensure we always have the optimum pit and race strategy. He is also an accomplished racer and is the current BMW class D Champion. |
Dom Evans
Driver

Dom started racing in 2004 in the Kumho BMW championship and was awarded 'Rookie of the Year', in 2005 he won 2 races and has had 5 podiums. In 2006 he started XL Raceparts and still managed to win both races of the Walter Hayes Trophy and come 6th in the Birkett. In 2007 he is competing in Class 1 of Britcar. |
